Join our community of naked humans. In every session of Naked Circle, we’ll check in with one another other, move our bodies, and elevate our spirits.

I’d rather we could meet in person, but in this time of radical isolation, video conferencing is one of the best tools we have to stay connected. In fact there are distinct advantages to the format, including zero travel time, the ability to remain in the comfort of your own home, and the potential for circling up with a much larger and more diverse community than could be easily assembled in any local setting.

Naked Circle is open to everyone, regardless of prior experience. You’ll need a computer, tablet, or smartphone with video capabilities, along with a high-speed Internet connection. Other than that, the only thing you need to bring is an open mind and respect for the privacy of others.

Naked Yoga Online

Thursdays, 1:00 p.m. EDT

Naked Yoga is all about freedom: freedom of movement, freedom from shame, freedom to be your authentic self.

You can expect a fun, light-hearted, and non-competitive practice, with breath-based movements, alignment tips for safety and focus, and modifications to ease or deepen the poses.

This class is suitable for all levels. No prior experience is necessary, and no one will be discriminated against. That said, we will be sharing a virtual space dedicated to well-being, mindfulness, and spiritual growth. If you're disruptive, you'll be asked to leave.

You’ll need a computer, tablet, or smartphone with video capabilities, along with a high-speed Internet connection and a free Zoom account. Other than that, the only thing you need to bring is an open mind and respect for the privacy of others.
