Naked Space: peacock pose Short Practice
An introduction to the three modes of practice, to being naked with a group, and to the format and environment of Naked Space. Good for the inexperienced and the curious, for those who are building their practice, and for those who would like to expand an existing practice.

Naked Space is physically demanding and deserves committed engagement from all participants. Previous experience in at least one of the three core activities of Naked Space is recommended for all participants in the Short Practice, but it's not required.

Long Practice
An intense, immersive experience for experienced practitioners. Established patterns of trust, comfort and commitment are key to the success of Naked Space. Focus, energy and sensitivity are equally important.

Admission to the 3.5-hour Long Practice is restricted for the safety and benefit of all. The criteria for admission are:

  • an active and balanced practice that complements the three core activites of Naked Space;
  • participation in at least one Short Practice -- please notify the host of your interest in the Long Practice when you arrive;
  • a clear and committed intention to be involved in the Naked Space community, as expressed through a request for admission.

Studio opens 30 minutes before practice starts. All participants are encouraged to arrive no later than 15 minutes before practice starts. Late arrivals may not be admitted.
